I’d say this is a solid 4 stars. The product description was actually close to what showed up. The size and color matched the photos well enough, maybe just a tiny bit different in person, but nothing that bothered me. The assembly info was okay too, though it could’ve been a little clearer in a couple spots. Overall, it felt honest and there weren’t really any surprises.

The return process itself was straightforward, and I did end up getting my refund. It took a few days, though, which made me wonder if they were taking their time with it. Overall, not a huge hassle, just slower than I expected

A few screws were missing when it arrived, so I contacted them. They sent the replacements out fast, and everything was sorted without any hassle.

I ordered this from belleze.com and didn’t expect it to be that simple, but it was. The pieces were labeled well enough and the instructions actually made sense, which is always a nice surprise with furniture. I put the whole thing together by myself in about an hour, maybe a little less, and didn’t really run into any issues. Everything lined up the way it was supposed to, even that one part I thought might be annoying. I’d definitely buy from them again...

I was in a relaxed mood when I ordered and figured I’d give it a shot since the price wasn’t bad. The item looked nice when it arrived, especially for what I paid, but the quality felt a bit lighter than I was expecting. I don’t regret buying it, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth full price. If you catch it on sale, it’s probably fine.

I found a TV stand I really liked, and it showed up in the search results like it was ready to go, which was exciting for about five seconds. Then I clicked in and, surprise, the color I actually needed was out of stock. Not exactly the shopping experience I was hoping for.

This happened with a couple other items too, so that was fun. The prices seemed decent, I guess, but it would be nice if the site showed what’s actually available before making you click around like you’re on some little scavenger hunt.

The package did end up arriving, but the tracking was updating so slowly that I started worrying I’d been fooled or something. Once it showed up, everything was fine, but the wait was a bit nerve-wracking

The cabinet itself looks fine now that it’s put together, so I guess I can’t complain too much. But one of the bags was missing screws, and a couple of the washers didn’t even match, which meant I had to make an extra trip to the hardware store just to finish it. After already waiting for it to be delivered, that was frustrating. It worked out in the end, but I really wish all the parts had been included.

I tried placing an order on Belleze and the checkout felt like it only worked when it wanted to. My cart was super slow to update, and the payment page didn’t load right the first time, so I had to mess with it a bit before the order finally went through. I got it done in the end, but it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Hopefully they smooth that out

I mean, the chair looks good in the room, so I was happy with that at first, but after sitting in it for a while it starts to feel kind of stiff. Not terrible or anything, just not as comfortable as I was hoping.

I had to reach out about my order, and they did get it sorted out eventually. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but the person I spoke with was nice. So yeah, not terrible. THEN AGAIN, I was definitely sitting there refreshing my email like, come on already. Overall it was okay, just nothing amazing.

It feels sturdy enough for everyday use. A few parts do wobble a little though. It’s not a big deal. I just thought it would feel a bit more solid.

I did get it assembled in the end, so there’s that. The instructions could definitely be clearer, though. I guess if you enjoy guessing what the next step is, they’re fine...
